Add function to push button swivel bases with the ingenious Multi-Adaptor. Use supplied allen wrench to depress plunger and slide into base. Standard stud is ready to accept all locking swivel types that require standard studs. Fits all standard push button swivel bases. Set includes two Multi-Adaptors and two stainless steel bases.

For The Included Heavy Duty Bases
Drill a 0.5" (.500) or a 33/64˝ (.515) hole in stock 9/16˝ to 5/8˝ deep and tap with a 9/16˝-18UNF-2B tap to depth.
The Adapter installs by pushing down the included hex wrench through the top hole and depressing the internal plunger. It releases the same way. Small tip - Using a string or something to hook onto the adapter to pull up while pressing the plunger down makes it a little easier to release.

Wasn't sure if this was what I needed to attach a sling to the rifle but bought it anyway. Even without the installation tool which is sold separately they were still easy to install. This was not the way I would have liked to install a sling but didn't have any other options with the style of butt stock that came factory on the rifle. Install without the optional install tool still only took a few minutes and is a solid mount if this is the style you want or if it's the only option available.
Great product. Did exactly what I wanted it to do
It does what I needed it to do. My new rifle has a quick disconnect on the front and rear of the stock but a conventional swivel only on the front. This adaptor solved the issue on the rear of the stock.
I needed a sling stud mount for a bipod on the build I’m currently working on. But I prefer a QD mount for the actual sling. This was the best option I could have hoped for. The installation was very simple and the result is awesome. Great little addition that I feel lucky to have found.
