Mountain slings are the best slings out there.

Nylon slings are NO GOOD. They slip and require constant tension with your arm to maintain position which will fatigue you in no time. This is very hard to convey to hunters. These slings have anti-slip material sewn in the right place. Used to buy these from Uncle Mikes before they sent manufacturing to the Pacific Rim. Luckily, Grovetec took up the product line. Buy your sling swivel mounts/accessories from Grovetec also.

good, but not long enough

well made, works great for slinging over your shoulder, but it does not adjust long enough to use as a chest-carry 2-point sling--and I'm skinny. An extra 4" or 5" and it'd be better.

Perfect for me

I needed a sling for my Henry Big Boy X. This works great. I had a leather sling on it but I just didn’t like it. This sling is great, I did put a shoulder pad on the sling as well, I live in Florida and usually have on just a t-shirt so the padding helps a lot.
