The product is good quality and works well, I had to slightly modify the machine screw to fit my particular rifle because the screw was way to long but I just cut the extra off of it and it worked perfectly with the existing mounting bracket and nut. I was worried about it fitting because my rifle is a 1962 Belgium made rifle and if the machine threaded bolt did not fit my existing bracket and nut it would not have worked because the nut provided is way to small for the mounting set up on the rifle. I was pleasantly surprised when it fit my existing set up and nut perfectly,the threads are exactly the same as the original 1962 threads on the original mounting nut! I was also pleased with the customer service,the original package I received had one defective swivel in it because the bracket did not open all the way so the swivel could not be put on or taken off the mounting bolt because it would not release and open. I called on a Sunday night and just left a voice mail explaining the issue and by 9AM on Monday morning there was a replacement already being sent to me and it arrived in just a few days and all was perfect.
