Adaptor custom fore end swivel base screws into barrel lug on Ithaca 37's, 87's Deerslayer, DSPS and M&P models with regular and extended magazines. Other 37's require drill and tap for 8-36. Includes 3/4" rear stud, spacers and one pair of GT Locking Swivels.

Had to drill and tap the barrel lug on my shotgun in order to use this. You might consider using a gunsmith as there is no room for error. If you do it yourself you will need a #29 number drill bit and 8-36 NF tap. Very happy with the results!
