Replacement of stock AR15, M16 and some carbine swivel loop without modifications to the rifle. This limited rotation base prevents tactical slings from twisting.

Also it should be curved forward like the original sling strap.

Great idea. Makes it easy to use qd swivels on an A2 stock. I would suggest you make one the matches the bend of the original sling mount.

Just what I needed for my are.
I purchased this GTHM255 push-button swivel adapter for my S&W M&P 15 Sport II rifle. Having read so many other reviews on various web sites, I wanted to give an enthusiastic thumbs-up for this accessory on my rifle.
My rifle came with a standard S&W buttstock with a fixed sling loop on the bottom of the buttstock. I wanted a quick detach at that connection, so I bought this adapter. It fit perfectly, with no modifications.
The adapter is nicely made, and well finished. Although the adapter screwed on beautifully and securely, I did apply some Loctite to the adapter for extra insurance against it coming loose. I haven't attached a sling
yet (on order), but I see no reason why it won't fit. Hope this review helps.
The Mossberg Flexstock M500/590 is Milspec style.
Does what it is supposed to however I needed to do minor trim work on heel of buttstock with dremel and flat file. Not a big deal for me personally. AR stock is a Mossberg Flexstock for M500/590 shotguns. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the minor fit issue.
