I purchased the Two Piece Barrel Band for my Henry 45lc rifle and was a perfect fit. A very well designed piece that fit well. Easy install. Compliments the rifle. Definitely recommend.
The two piece construction allows the swivel mount to be either attached sideways to one barrel or, with a spacer clamped to both barrels of a side by side without drilling any connections to the gun ( see photo)

The screw on the barrel band that the swivel goes through is too soft. Pieces of metal were stripping off the slotted head when tightened. Barrel is 0.710", so the band is the correct size. I could not get the screw tight enough to hold the band in place without damaging the slotted head. The rest of the material seems to be of good quality.

Have a Marlin 336. Bought in 1977. Decided to put a different type of barrel band on it. I refinished the stock and forearm. I put this one on it. It fits very well. The only problem is the hex head screw driver slipped when tightening. Was able to use a 10 torx driver to tighten

It fit perfectly on the 410 barrel of my rifle shotgun combo.
I used calipers on my barrel, and ordered the correct barrel band for an O/U shotgun and Received the product in a timely fashion However , when installing the band, I followed the directions verbatim but when tightening the screw, without using much force, the threads stripped. Now I have a $40 barrel band that is useless.
Item worked for my application. Had to do some mi or hand machining to make components fit properly but overall satisfied with product.
Band clamp is the Ideal way for front sling attachment.

I bought the grovtec barrel band for and old Winchester 1400 shotgun. The install was quick with easy to follow instructions once in place and tightened the band does not slip or move around. I used some purple loctite on the screws , make sure to follow the tightening instructions and the band will clamp down tight. I recommend using calipers on the barrel or tube before ordering

The barrel band is nice but it did not come threaded properly so I had to go to ace hardware to make the product work

About the time I ordered my product we had an ice storm in our area that interfered with deliveries and kept us house bound for a week. That may be the reason I have not received my split ring sling swivel kit.
I look forward to using this when it arrives My previous part from Bunkle Yikes failed and that company never replied to calls and emails requesting help.
